El expresidente del Senado se integra en la estructura como Director Senior de Asuntos Públicos en España y Portugal. Desde esta posición aportará su conocimiento en materia legislativa y regulatoria, así como su dilatada experiencia en negociación y construcción de consensos políticos a un área clave de la consultora. Reportará directamente a Jorge López Zafra, Director General de Asuntos Corporativos en Europa.
Ander Gil ha sido senador desde 2011. Además de presidente de la Cámara Alta (2021-2023), fue portavoz del Grupo Socialista (2017-2021).
